If you're into building a bustling community, this mod will save you a lot of headaches. This mod allows you to rename these settlers to several different general names like Farmer and Guard so that you know exactly what their role is just at a glance. But a) lore purists might get upset & b) (more importantly) I don't know if that's pushing things too far in terms of legality, even though there's Caesar's Legion & NCR flags in other mods in 4.Once any of your settlements in Fallout 4 reaches a population of ten or more settlers, it can get extremely confusing as to which settler has been assigned to what task (unless they're doing that task right in front of you). Where I'd take a clean copy I did myself & distress it to make it look old & beat up (since it's nearly 200 years beyond what you'd see in 76). I was thinking about maybe chucking in a distressed Responders or Free States logo in there too. That said, it's a large mod & I've only attempted those couple of things because they were very easy to do & pretty basic given they were existed things Bethesda just chucked together in a slightly newer way for 76. They'll probably snap more like traditional FO4 railing pieces though than to each other though tbh.

At the moment, I'm working on taking some of the wire fence pieces & putting planks on them to imitate 76's fences. For the next update though, I tried stripping the corrugated warehouse metal off some of the taller warehouse walls (leaving the framework) & attached boards & planks to resemble 76's tall, scrappy, planky sort of wooden walls.

For instance, there's already a rounded metal wall cap covered bridge type thing in there that was based on some structures I saw from Horizon's Rest during the press weekend they did a few months ago. I'm looking to update my Kuro Tab mod soon on Nexus (& Beth Xbox) with a few more items that recombine elements from 4 to resemble things in 76. To my knowledge, that's not that big an issue if you own both games & port the things for personal use, it's the publishing & sharing that breaks the law), the best you could probably hope for are recreations of certain things. Since it's illegal to distribute things like that (unless you know how to extract & port it over yourself for your own builds.
